in Bangalore and have a strong DTC business with a loyal customer base. We're scaling
rapidly and on a mission to transform into a data sciences-driven creative company.
We are looking for an ECommerce & D2C assistant manager (Omni channel) who can seamlessly manage operations across brand website, marketplaces, and retail integrations. This role requires strong execution, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of inventory, merchandising, consumer behaviour, and channel dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Operations (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart)
Manage product listings, catalogue accuracy, pricing, and content across marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart) and brand website.
Ensure timely uploads of new launches, size availability, and product visibility.
Handle catalogue uploads, listing hygiene, size availability, and visibility.
Coordinate for promotions, deals, and growth opportunities.
Monitor marketplace performance: sales, returns, ratings, buy box, and content quality.
Omni channel Coordination:
Sync inventory across channels retail stores, warehouse, and online channels.
Support omni channel initiatives and coordination.
Ensure accurate stock mapping and prevent overselling/underselling.
Data & Performance Analysis:
Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion, and return rates.
Prepare weekly dashboards and insights for leadership.
Identify trends in consumer behaviour, top sellers, and slow movers.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of D2C, marketplaces, and retail operations.
Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising logic, and consumer behaviour.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and basic analytics.
Detailoriented, processdriven, and comfortable with fastpaced execution.
Ability to take databacked decisions.
Preferred Background
Experience in D2C, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or ecommerce brands.
Handson experience with marketplace portals, and order management tools, excel
