Job Title: E-Commerce Assistant Work From Home

Location - KOLKATA / DURGAPUR / ASANSOL

Job Type: Full-time (Remote)

Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: Starting from 12,000/month (based on experience)

Training: Provided

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Assistant to join our growing online retail team. This is a remote, work-from-home position where you will assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations, product listings, order management, and customer service.

If you are tech-savvy, fluent in English, and eager to learn, we will provide full training to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimise product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Temu, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Monitor and process orders, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate updates
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or platform messaging systems in a professional and friendly manner
• Update inventory and pricing information as required
• Assist with content creation, including product descriptions and keyword optimisation for SEO
• Report any issues or trends to management for review
• Support promotional campaigns and online sales activities

Requirements

• Laptop or desktop computer with reliable high-speed broadband connection
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (training will be provided)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
