Profile- Oracle EBS Architect / Project Manager

Exp- 15+

Location- Hyd/ Chennai

• Experience: 15+ years of experience in Oracle EBS applications with strong exposure to architecture, solution design, and project management.
• Core Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle EBS solutions across Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Purchasing (PO, Inventory, Advanced pricing, iProcurement) & planning (ASCP & Demantra) modules, along with HR and SCM.
• Provide endtoend solution ownership, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and test customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose architectural solutions to bridge business requirements with Oracle EBS capabilities.
• Oversee Product Data Hub (PDH) and Customer Data Hub (CDH) implementations for master data governance and integration.
• Develop and review functional and technical specifications for enhancements and reports.
• Stay updated with Oracle product releases and recommend adoption strategies.

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Act as Project Manager for Oracle EBS initiatives, driving planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and risks across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency in progress reporting.
• Lead knowledge transfer (KT) sessions, training, and postgolive support activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards (SAFe Agile, CMMI, etc.) and best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Additional Skills:

• Strong understanding of P2P and O2C cycles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance architectural depth with program delivery discipline.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials or Migration Experience.
• Certifications in Oracle Financials or Cloud ERP.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest Oracle product releases and features
