Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Early Careers Programme Support
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new trainees, around qualifications and exam activities.
- Facilitate dropin sessions and inoffice support to help trainees with queries.
- Track and manage trainee exam progression through updates on internal platforms and systems.
- Provide administrative support for early careers programmes, including surveys, feedback and reporting.
- Assist with focus groups and trainee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain the trainee tracker app to ensure accurate and uptodate information.
Reporting and Data Management
- Produce and maintain key reports for the business such as institute sitters and exam results reports.
- Support reporting requirements for apprenticeships, such as skills and behaviour activities.
- Lead on key trainee communications based on reporting results.
Finance Administration
- Process invoices, qualification bonuses, and expenses related to exams and training.
Communication and Mailbox Management
- Manage shared mailboxes (ECD and Student Onboarding), ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Distribute qualification and exam communications to trainees across relevant portfolios.
Learning & Development Activity
- Support the deployment of mandatory and bespoke learning, following an established process.
- Maintain accurate qualification and early careers programme information, following processes and maintaining records on registration, attendance, evaluation and reporting using Forvis Mazars systems.
- Ensure all learning communications and reminders are issued and tracked effectively.
- Produce progress updates and standard reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support colleagues in using the LMS and identify opportunities to streamline and improve L&D processes.
