Your work profile Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Python or TypeScript/JavaScript. Build, integrate, and optimize APIs using JSON-RPC and REST-based architectures. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions. Key Skills Required: 3 - 6 years of experience in software development, backend engineering, or platform development roles Strong programming expertise in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript Hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating JSON-RPC and REST APIs Solid understanding of software architecture, system integration, and scalable application development Experience working with modern development frameworks, tools, and best practices Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: Education - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Experience building AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous agent architectures Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector databases Familiarity with cloud platforms, API integrations, and microservices architecture Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies Key Skills & Competencies: Python or TypeScript/JavaScript development API design, development, and integration (JSON-RPC, REST) AI/ML application development LLM, Agentic AI, and RAG implementation concepts Software architecture and system design Problem-solving and analytical thinking Debugging, testing, and performance optimization Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication Agile development practices Data-driven decision making and performance tracking Stakeholder management and executive communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills Location and Way of Working: Base Location: Bengaluru
