Your work profile We are looking for Consultant/Senior Consultants for the Engineering practice. The role involves responsibility for being a part of/leading a work stream or module on a large-scale project or overall delivery lead in case of short term/ small scale engagement. Candidates should be able to demonstrate professional experience and knowledge, coupled with strong technical background to help define and execute/contribute to end-to-end cross-functional projects. Key skills required: Develop responsive UI components using ReactJS Build and maintain backend services using Spring Boot Design and consume RESTful APIs following industry API standards Work with JPA/Hibernate for data persistence Integrate external services using REST Template Write efficient SQL queries and manage relational databases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features Maintain version control using Git Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Key Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot Experience with JPA/Hibernate and REST Template Solid understanding of REST API design principles and standards Good knowledge of SQL and database optimization Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows Success Metrics Ontime, onbudget program delivery Client satisfaction (CSAT / NPS) Revenue growth and margin improvement Reduced escalations and improved delivery stability Strong renewal and account growth performance Proficiency in English is required.
