Your work profile We are looking for Junior Developers who are eager to build backend services and work on modern distributed systems under the guidance of leads & senior engineers Key skills required Develop and maintain backend APIs using Java and Spring Boot Working with Kafka and integrating it with Java Spring Boot applications. Assist in building microservices-based applications Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Debug and resolve issues in applications Work closely with senior developers and learn best practices Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Strong hands-on experience in Java (Java 8+) Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs Solid understanding of microservices architecture Familiarity working with Kafka Familiarity with NoSQL Databases (MongoDB) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated learner who stays current with emerging technologies and industry trends Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and technical/non-technical stakeholders Location and Way of Working Base location: Pune
