Job Description
Role: Dynatrace
Location: Chennai,pune
Experience: 5-8 years
Mode of interview : Virtual
Must have:
- 4+ years in SRE/Platform/Observability roles with deep, hands-on Dynatrace experience
- Proven success deploying and operating:
- OneAgent/ActiveGate at scale (Linux/Windows, VMs/containers)
- Dynatrace Operator on Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Cloud integrations (AWS CloudWatch/EKS, Azure Monitor/AKS)
- Strong Monitoring-as-Code (Monaco v2): manifests, environments, promotion via CI/CD
- Building dashboards (DQL), SLOs/SLIs, metric events, alerting profiles, problem notifications
- RUM and Synthetic Monitoring rollout and governance
Good to have:
- Dynatrace certifications (Associate/Professional), Extensions 2.0 development
- OpenTelemetry interop and trace/metrics/logs pipeline experience
- ITSM/ChatOps integrations (ServiceNow, Slack/Teams) with correlation and auto-close strategies
- IaC/automation: Terraform, Ansible; container platform expertise (EKS/AKS/OpenShift)
