Dynatrace Administrator

Role Highlights:

• Experience: 3+ years (L2) / 7+ years (L3)
• Location: Mumbai (Navi Mumbai Belapur/Seawoods)
• Work Mode: 5 Days WFO (24*7 rotational shifts)
• Payroll: Direct with Tech Mahindra

Key Responsibilities:

• Dynatrace administration, configuration & performance tuning
• APM monitoring across Java/.NET/PHP environments
• Incident, problem & change management (ITIL-based)
• Dashboard setup, health analysis & proactive monitoring
• Collaboration with Infra teams (UNIX/Windows/Network)

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in Dynatrace administration & APM tools
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes
• Exposure to large-scale environments & critical SLA management
• Good communication & stakeholder management skills

Core Technical Skills

Hands-on experience in Dynatrace Administration (not just monitoring)

Strong exposure to APM tools (Java / .NET / PHP environments)

Experience in:

• Performance tuning
• Dashboard configuration
• Host/process health monitoring

For L3 (must-have):

• End-to-end Dynatrace implementation
• Architecture-level understanding
