Job Title:

Application Support Engineer D365


Role Overview:

We are hiring an Application Support Engineer with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth application operations. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 support for D365 applications as per SLA
  • Troubleshoot application, data, and user issues
  • Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts
  • Escalate complex issues to L3/vendors when required
  • Support deployments, UAT, and release validations
  • Manage user access and basic configurations
  • Document incidents, RCA, and maintain knowledge base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of Application / Production Support experience
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • (Customer Service / Field Service / Dataverse / Power Platform)
  • Experience with mainly "Kafka". Addons- ServiceNow or Jira
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Understanding of ITIL processes


Good to Have:

  • Exposure to Azure or cloud platforms
  • Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis
