Job Description
Job Title:
Application Support Engineer D365
Role Overview:
We are hiring an Application Support Engineer with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth application operations. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for D365 applications as per SLA
- Troubleshoot application, data, and user issues
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts
- Escalate complex issues to L3/vendors when required
- Support deployments, UAT, and release validations
- Manage user access and basic configurations
- Document incidents, RCA, and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of Application / Production Support experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- (Customer Service / Field Service / Dataverse / Power Platform)
- Experience with mainly "Kafka". Addons- ServiceNow or Jira
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Understanding of ITIL processes
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Azure or cloud platforms
- Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis
