Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM from 2013 onward Technical and Functional
  • Proficient in C# and Dot Net core, WEB API, Microservices.
  • Having exposure to working on Azure based Integrations like Azure Functions.
  • Ability to design efficient, re-usable and robust solutions for Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and related integrations keeping best practices in mind.
  • Ability to understand and prepare RFPs customers.
  • Understanding of Engagements with Clients/Partners.
  • Willing to drive the project / technical implementation with younger team members.
  • In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture.
  • A knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code Mentoring team members for the same.
  • Good at understanding requirements and estimation
  • Good understanding of data and data modeling concepts
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning with Git & Azure DevOps
  • Hands-on knowledge of web integration technology (API management platforms)
  • Ability to define the roadmap for the teams growth for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
  • Experience in leveraging Dataverse, Power Platform AI Builder, or similar tools for low-code AI use cases
  • Ability to collaborate with Data/AI teams to embed ML models or AI APIs into CRM workflows
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI practices, data privacy, and governance in AI implementations
  • Exposure to analytics and visualization tools (Power BI) to derive actionable insights from CRM data
