Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Technology team in Thane. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CRM solutions built on Dynamics 365 and the broader Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and the IT team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that drive operational excellence across our financial services business

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Page
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes and reduce manual effort across department
• Develop server-side plugins, custom workflows, and custom actions using C# and .NET framework
• Create and manage Business Process Flows (BPFs), Business Rules, Security Roles, and system configurations in Datavers
• Develop JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side customizations including form scripts, ribbon customizations (Ribbon Workbench), and command bar configuration
• Build and maintain REST APIs and Azure Functions to support CRM integrations with third-party system
• Perform data migration and transformation using SQL, SSIS packages, or custom console application
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and QA teams for requirement gathering, UAT, and production deployment
• Manage solution packaging and deployments using ALM best practices and tools like XRM Toolbox
• Produce technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and uphold coding standards

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM developme
