Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 (D365) Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate should possess both technical customization knowledge and strong functional understanding, especially in Manufacturing modules and end-to-end implementation projects. The candidate will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver successful ERP implementations and support business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
• Handle customization and technical development in Business Central.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
• Configure and support functional modules within D365 Business Central.
• Lead Manufacturing module implementation and optimization.
• Develop and customize solutions using AL language.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients for project delivery.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct user training and documentation for implemented solutions.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.

Experience & Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
• Hands-on experience in complete ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Strong experience in Manufacturing module implementation is mandatory.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing project communication.
