DuckCreek Policy Developer

We are looking for 3-8 years of experienced DC Policy developer.

The role involves designing, configuring, and enhancing policy administration solutions using Duck Creek for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across policy modules and a solid understanding of insurance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Duck Creek Policy modules, including Rating, Forms, Pages, Transact, Rules, and Integration
• Design and develop solutions using Express 2 and/or Express 3 frameworks
• Develop and maintain XSLT-based forms and utilize SQL for data-related tasks
• Integrate systems using Duck Creek APIs (Anywhere and Native APIs)
• Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing cycles
• Troubleshoot and debug issues using tools such as DC Util, Trace Monitor, and TSV Debugger
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Provide production support and ongoing system enhancements

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Duck Creek Policy Development
• Strong experience with Policy Configurator (Rating, Forms, Rules, Pages, Integration)
• Hands-on experience with Express 2 and/or Express 3
• Good knowledge of XSLT, SQL, and XML
• Familiarity with Duck Creek tools such as Author, Util, Trace, and Data Tester
• Understanding of P&C Insurance domain
