Duck Creek DMS Developer

We are looking for a skilled Duck Creek DMS Developer with hands-on experience in Duck Creek Content / DMS (Document Management System) to design, develop, and maintain document generation and management solutions within the Duck Creek ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of P&C Insurance workflows and document lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using Duck Creek DMS / Duck Creek Content (Document Management & Generation)
• Configure and manage document templates, forms, and correspondence within Duck Creek
• Develop and maintain document generation logic using Duck Creek Author and related tools
• Work on ManuScripts, XML, XSLT, and template configurations for document formatting
• Integrate Duck Creek DMS with Policy, Billing, and Claims modules
• Ensure proper document storage, retrieval, indexing, and compliance
• Optimize document generation performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with business teams and architects to understand requirements and implement solutions
• Support deployments, upgrades, and enhancements in the Duck Creek platform

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Duck Creek Content / DMS / Document Generation
• Hands-on experience with:
• Duck Creek Author
• ManuScripts
• XML, XSLT, XPath
• Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain
• Experience integrating Duck Creek with other enterprise systems
• Knowledge of document lifecycle management and workflows
• Proficiency in SQL / Database queries
• Familiarity with APIs and web services
