Sr. Lead / Design

1. Looking for a senior .NET professional with 812 years of experience, strong communication skills, and solid architecture-level understanding of scalable systems.
2. Lead end-to-end design and architecture of high-performance, scalable applications using C, .NET, and Web Services, aligned with business objectives.
3. Define and implement microservices architecture, REST API strategies, and integration patterns for distributed and cloud-native systems.
4. Design for scalability and resilience using Kubernetes (mandatory), including containerization, orchestration, and deployment strategies.
5. Architect and optimize SQL Server solutions, covering data modeling, performance tuning, and scalability planning.
6. Provide technical leadershipdrive design reviews, enforce best practices, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality engineering outcomes.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee end-to-end delivery, including CI/CD and release management.
8. Leverage cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable) for architecture, deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization.
