Job Title: Production Support Engineer / Domain Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Production Support Engineer / Domain Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Juniper technologies, network support, analytics, and AI/ML fundamentals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in troubleshooting large-scale network environments, handling critical production incidents, and supporting Juniper-based security and network automation platforms.

Exp- 5+ years

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid, 2 Days WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Juniper Networks software and security products.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to network automation, APIs, SRX firewalls, and Junos-based platforms.
• Support and manage platforms such as Security Director, Network Director, Space Platform, Syslog Server, and Juniper Secure Analytics.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate with engineering/product teams for permanent fixes.
• Handle support activities for critical/high-profile global events such as Olympics, World Cup, and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot large-scale ISP and broadband networks utilizing Juniper routing and security platforms.
• Provide operational support for BRAS platforms (Juniper E-Series E320 and ERX1440) acting as LAC for broadband subscriber access services.
• Work on AI/ML-based network anomaly detection using telemetry and NetFlow data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

• Juniper Products: Junos, J-TAC, SRX Firewalls, Security Director, Network Director
• Strong expertise in Production Support & Network Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Analytics and Monitoring Tools
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and network anomaly detection
• Experience with Syslog Servers and Juniper Secure Analytics
• Understanding of network automation, APIs, and distributed systems
