Drive large-scale transformation programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, governance, and client satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, managing high-impact client relationships and strategic discussions. Own and execute go-to-market strategies, including RFP responses, pursuit execution, and solution positioning. Expand service offerings and drive business development initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead and mentor large delivery teams (100+ FTEs), fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability. Drive operational excellence by optimizing shared services and embedding AI-driven analytics solutions. Key skills required 15+ years of experience in SAP Analytics delivery with deep expertise across BW, BW/4HANA, ABAP CDS, Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and emerging SAP data platforms. Proven track record in business development, sales, and go-to-market activities including RFPs and large deal pursuits. Strong stakeholder management experience, especially with senior leadership and C-suite executives. Demonstrated experience in leading large teams and managing complex, global engagements. Strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L for service lines or large programs. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in driving innovation, including AI-led analytics transformations.
