JOB DESCRIPTION:

Preparation of TDS Computation, ensuring TDS payments in time, filing of quarterly returns, issuing of TDS certificates related TDS compliance in time.
Preparation of income tax payments (as and when required)
Tax audit compliance (coordination with Auditors)
Computation of tax and Income Tax returns filing in time
MAT computation knowledge
Deferred Tax Computations
Preparation of documents related for Income Tax assessments.
Timely Coordination with Tax Consultants to appear for Tax Assessments, Appeals etc.
Fair Knowledge in Transfer Pricing Assessments, TP Study, Accountants Report etc.
Monitoring compliances and filings on secretarial related areas (required forms, annual returns, relating to Financial areas, etc.)
Working knowledge of SAP
Preferred 3+ years of relevant experience
