This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Digital Marketing Manager. The role involves executing and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing digital campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing web traffic metrics, and identifying growth opportunities. The Digital Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, including planning, execution, and optimization of online campaigns
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation strategies to enhance online presence
• Experience with Web Analytics tools and data analysis to measure and improve campaign performance
• General Marketing knowledge and ability to align digital efforts with broader marketing goals
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience managing budgets and reporting on return on investment (ROI)
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in technology or construction software industries is a plus
