Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in the travel industry and a proven track record in scaling social media as a primary growth channel. This role will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our social media presence while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.
You wont just post contentyoull be responsible for turning social platforms into a consistent revenue driver.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on customer acquisition and brand growth
- Identify the best-performing platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for travel audiences
- Build and manage a content calendar aligned with seasonal travel trends and offers
- Launch and scale viral, engaging, and conversion-focused campaigns
Content & Creative Direction
- Oversee creation of high-performing travel content (reels, short-form videos, offers, storytelling)
- Work with designers, editors, or creators to produce compelling visuals and videos
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms
Performance Marketing Integration
- Align organic and paid social strategies
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on ROI, CPA, and engagement metrics
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with travel influencers and content creators
- Build partnerships that drive brand awareness and bookings
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs (engagement, traffic, conversions, ROAS)
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing within thetravel industry(agency or OTA preferred)
- Strong portfolio of growing social media accounts into revenue-driving channels
- Deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Experience with paid social campaigns and performance tracking
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social scheduling tools
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of trends and audience behavior
Nice to Have
- Experience working with travel audiences
- Knowledge of flight/hotel/holidays booking funnels
- Experience scaling from performance marketing (Google Ads) into social-led growth
