Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Digital Marketing Executive. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing and curating content for social media platforms, analyzing web traffic and performance metrics, and coordinating with teams to enhance online brand presence. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to marketing strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote InStrengths products and brand.
• Manage and grow presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to meet marketing and sales objectives.
• Create, schedule, and monitor content and creatives for digital platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams for SEO, influencer marketing, and email campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools relevant to the health and wellness industry.
