About the Role

Looking for a senior profile with 12-14 years of experience in Digital Manufacturing CPG domain.

The role should support the Digital Manufacturing program by acting as a key liaison between business, manufacturing sites, IT/OT teams, and digital platforms (4Industry, POKA, CMMS, Sphera). The role is hands-on and operations-focused, supporting requirement analysis, workflow and product implementation, ticket management, integrations, and postgo-live support to ensure stable and scalable Connected Worker solutions across global manufacturing sites. This role ensures standardized and reliable execution of digital manufacturing solutions, acts as the operational backbone for Connected Worker platforms, and enables scalable digital adoption while protecting site productivity and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support global and site-level execution of DM initiatives, including governance, tracking, and reporting.
• Act as Product Analyst for Connected Worker (4Industry & POKA), Connected Maintenance (CMMS), and Safety (Sphera).
• Translate business and site requirements into workflows, interfaces, and functional specifications across URS to Go-Live phases.
• Configure and support workflows, recipes, and integrations across manufacturing applications.
• Manage and resolve incidents, tickets, and access issues using ServiceNow, including coordination with IT, OT, and vendors.
• Provide go-live, hypercare, and ongoing operational support to manufacturing sites.
• Support IT/OT integrations related to networking, SSO, Active Directory, and security.
• Maintain functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases.

Tools & Technologies:

Program & Collaboration: Asana, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams

Manufacturing Platforms: 4Industry, POKA, CMMS, Sphera

Integration & IT: Active Directory, SSO, MQTT, Postman (basic), Networking concepts

Skills & Experience

Mandatory:

• Experience with digital manufacturing or industrial IT applications
• Project or product analysis/support experience
• Hands-on exposure to workflow-based systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with Connected Worker solutions
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and IT/OT integration
• Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations
