Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Document Controller. The role involves managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of records, and developing efficient documentation processes. Responsibilities also include organizing and safeguarding records, collaborating with project teams to update documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Expertise in Document Management, Project Documentation, and Records Management
Proficiency in Documentation and creating detailed organizational systems
Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of document control software is preferred
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a remote environment
Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field
