Digital Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

Write compelling copy across WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging.

Create high-converting copy and scripts for Meta & YouTube ads, landing pages and other digital acquisition campaigns.

Develop lifecycle communication across onboarding, lead nurturing, referral and reactivation journeys.

Write ad headlines, primary text, video scripts and landing page copy that improve campaign performance.

Collaborate with marketing teams to translate customer insights into effective messaging for different audience segments.

Continuously optimise copy through A/B testing and performance analysis.

Ensure all communication is clear, concise, on-brand and aligned with UX and compliance requirements.

Maintain and evolve SolarSquare's tone of voice across digital channels.

Requirements

25 years of copywriting experience in CRM, performance marketing or digital marketing.

Strong portfolio demonstrating both lifecycle and acquisition campaigns.

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English and Hindi.

Experience writing for WhatsApp, Meta ads, YouTube and other digital channels.

Understanding of customer journeys, consumer psychology and direct-response copywriting.

Familiarity with A/B testing and performance metrics such as CTR, CVR and CPL.

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
