Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dialer Executive / Dialer Management Specialist with hands-on expertise in dialer operations, campaign management, and call center processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills along with experience in handling outbound/inbound dialing systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dialer operations for outbound and inbound campaigns
• Create, configure, and optimize dialing campaigns
• Monitor dialer productivity and campaign performance metrics
• Upload, manage, and segment calling databases
• Generate MIS reports and analyze operational performance
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, and Management teams for smooth execution
• Troubleshoot dialer-related issues and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with calling processes and operational standards
• Prepare reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel

Required Skills

• 24 years of experience in Dialer Management / Call Center Operations
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
