DevOps Engineer

Your role

Do you want to design and build next generation business applications using the latest technologies to build new Digital Banking experience?

Are you confident at iteratively refining user requirements and removing any ambiguity?

We’re looking for DevOps Engineer to
• provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
• analyse business requirements for the new Digital Banking within Wealth Management Americas
• design, plan, and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages
• provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
• see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production

Your team

You’ll be working in the Banker Desktop Technology crew, as part of the Digital Banking Initiative in Wealth management Americas. The team is adopting latest Agile practices in a fast-paced environment. Our technologies currently span a suit of Microsoft products such as D365, Data verse, striving for the best user experience.

Your expertise

• 9+ years experienced software engineer/developer focused on Azure Cloud components and infrastructure
• able to code in JAVA / .NET / C# environment and deploy components into AKS and implement Observability
• able to choose the right tools and techniques and present to the team to get their buy in.
• able to follow latest DEVOPS techniques in the Azure environment and lead the team to set right standards for the CI/CD pipeline.
• able to apply knowledge to choose over different designs, components and software architecture patterns
• know-how to apply standards, methods, techniques, and templates as defined by our SDLC
• produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performing
• design, plan and deliver solutions in a large scale enterprise environment
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus in Computer Science or similar areas
