- ServiceNow Integration (Inbound & Outbound, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
- ServiceNow Catalog Development & Scripting
- Strong ITSM / ITOM knowledge
- Business Rules, UI Policy, UI Action (Client & Server-side scripting)
- Flow Designer, Notifications, Custom Implementations
- Integration Spokes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Perform complex customizations and configurations
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ensure adherence to security and data governance policies
- Participate in code reviews and documentation
