Your Opportunity

This is more than just a developer role its a career pathway into Lead Developer or Instructional Design Lead positions. Youll work closely with curriculum designers and program delivery leaders to build interactive, multilingual learning modules to bring content to life using cuttingedge authoring tools and use AI judiciously that shape the future of BFSI skilling.

What Youll Do

• Develop interactive elearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, or similar tools.
• Convert instructional storyboards into engaging digital learning experiences.
• Integrate multimedia elements (audio, video, graphics, animations) into modules.
• Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance for LMS integration.
• Collaborate with curriculum and operations teams to align content with BFSI training needs.
• Test and troubleshoot modules for usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Support multilingual localization of content across Indian languages.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in computer science, Instructional Design, or related field.

36 years of experience in elearning development using authoring tools.

Strong knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS integration.

Experience in multimedia editing (audio/video/graphics).

Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript for custom interactions is a plus.

BFSI or vocational training content exposure preferred.
