IT Support Engineer AV / Meeting Room Support (Onsite)

About the Role

We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for meeting rooms, end-user environments, and audio-video conferencing setups within a corporate office.

The role involves ensuring meeting room readiness, basic troubleshooting, hardware support, and coordination with internal IT teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on role suited for professionals with IT support or AV support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks for meeting rooms and IT equipment readiness
• Troubleshoot basic audio, video, display, and connectivity issues
• Provide first-level support for conferencing setups
• Handle hardware replacement (cables, devices, peripherals)
• Support IT asset movement and setup activities
• Maintain documentation and tracking of equipment
• Respond to support tickets within defined timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation
• Ensure smooth functioning of collaboration spaces and meeting rooms

Skills Required (Broad Pool Focus)

• Experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / AV Support
• Basic troubleshooting of hardware and peripherals
• Understanding of meeting room or conferencing setups
• Hands-on approach to resolving user issues
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Exposure to corporate IT environments

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to Teams / Zoom / VC setups
• Experience with meeting room technology
• IT asset handling or deployment experience
• Ticketing tool exposure

Experience: 1 4 Years (IT Support / Infrastructure / AV Support)

Compensation: Up to 5 LPA (Based on skills & experience)

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
