Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer L2 located in Bengaluru. The role involves providing technical support for Dell Laptops & Desktops, troubleshooting hardware issues, and addressing technical queries. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and resolving issues related to computer hardware and providing efficient support to ensure uninterrupted operations including Asset Management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Desktop Computers and expertise in Computer & Laptop Hardware
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Training & Monitoring L1 Resources on daily task.
- Excellent communication skills to support end users effectively
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of an on-site team
- Asset Management Skills
