Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift: Night Shift (Graveyard Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for desktops, laptops & IT hardware

Troubleshoot hardware & software issues

Install, configure, and maintain systems

Resolve OS, application & system-related problems

Handle user queries via ticketing tools

Ensure quick and effective issue resolution

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Windows OS & basic networking

Hands-on experience in desktop / technical support

Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills

Ability to work in night shift (mandatory)
