We are hiring a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join a fast-paced enterprise IT support environment in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues, supporting end users, and ensuring seamless workplace technology experiences across Mac, Windows, mobile, and collaboration platforms.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for internal employees, providing high-quality technical support while helping maintain stability, uptime, and productivity across the organizations endpoint ecosystem. You will work closely with infrastructure and IT operations teams and play an important role in delivering exceptional end-user support in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for laptops, desktops, Mac devices, mobile devices, and workplace technology systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, MFA, and connectivity issues
- Support Windows OS and Mac OS environments, including configuration, setup, and troubleshooting
- Manage and support Microsoft Intune and endpoint configuration activities
- Assist users with MFA setup, access issues, and authentication-related support
- Provide conference room and collaboration technology support
- Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, backups, and maintenance activities
- Respond to Helpdesk tickets and prioritize issues based on severity and business impact
- Support onboarding activities including device setup and user readiness
- Maintain documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and server teams when onsite technical support is required
- Deliver excellent customer service while communicating technical concepts to non-technical users
Required Skills
- Strong experience supporting Windows OS and Mac OS environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint/device management
- Experience supporting MFA setup and user authentication issues
- Knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and troubleshooting best practices
- Familiarity with conference room technologies and collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 57 years of IT/Desktop Support experience
- Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment
- Exposure to ITIL-based support processes is a plus
