Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Desktop Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Desktop Engineer will handle day-to-day technical tasks such as providing support for desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, installing and maintaining software, and managing operating systems. The role requires a proactive approach to resolving IT challenges, ensuring seamless operations, and assisting users with technical queries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and related hardware
• Experience in troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support
• Knowledge of Operating Systems and Software Installation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members and end-users
• Relevant certifications or training in IT support and desktop engineering (preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar technical support role is a plus

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay range: 20,000- 25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Work Location: Rajoda (Ahmedabad)
