Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a Designer who can create high-quality visual communication for digital campaigns, social media, ads, landing pages, presentations, lead magnets, and brand collaterals. The candidate must be comfortable using AI tools to improve ideation, design exploration, image generation, layout references, and production speed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design social media creatives, carousels, thumbnails, banners, ads, PDFs, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Create landing page layouts, campaign visuals, product visuals, and marketing collaterals.
  • Maintain strong visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the content strategist, performance marketer, funnel strategist, and video editor.
  • Convert written briefs into clear, premium, and conversion-focused designs.
  • Create templates for recurring content formats.
  • Support campaign launches with fast creative output.
  • Prepare final files for digital, print, and web use.


AI Capabilities Required

  • Must be able to use AI tools for design ideation, visual references, mood boards, layout exploration, image generation, and creative adaptation.
  • Experience with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI, Figma AI, Photoshop AI, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to create AI-assisted visual concepts, campaign routes, and design options.
  • Must understand how to use AI without compromising brand originality and design quality.
  • Ability to use AI to speed up resizing, background generation, mockups, image cleanup, and visual experimentation.


Required Skills

  • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
  • Good understanding of typography, layout, color, hierarchy, brand identity, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in social media design, ad creatives, PDF design, presentation design, and landing page layouts.
  • Ability to work quickly without losing design quality.
  • Basic motion or UI/UX knowledge is an advantage.
