Designer + Animator (Full-Time, On-Site – Thane)

At Postboy Studios, were looking for a designer who can animate, or an animator who understands design ideally both.

This is not a just execute briefs role. We want someone who can think, create, and elevate ideas visually.

• Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media & brand content
• Convert static designs into high-quality motion graphics & animations
• Work on ad films, reels, and branded videos
• Collaborate with the team on concepts, storytelling & execution
• Take ownership from idea execution final output

• 34 years of experience in design + animation
• Strong command over After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Good sense of design, typography, motion, and timing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
• Someone whos proactive and creatively driven (not just following instructions)

• Experience with AI tools (image/video generation, prompt workflows)
• Basic knowledge of 3D / advanced animation
• Agency or content studio background
