Job Description
JD for Manager / Dy. Manager Operations :
* Own delivery performance against customer SLAs (TAT %, backlog/WIP
control, schedule adherence) and drive corrective actions to sustain
service levels.
* Build and run robust shift planning and capacity management:
staffing, productivity targets, skill matrix deployment, and contingency
coverage for demand spikes.
* Ensure uninterrupted production readiness: workstations/software
availability, operational handoffs, escalation routes, and cross-team
coordination with IT and support functions.
* Establish a daily management system (tier huddles, visual controls,
and escalation protocol) to improve predictability and execution
discipline.
* Mentor leaders to build internal Lean capability (Green/Black Belt
mindset)
* Partner with Quality to ensure operational processes meet ISO
13485-based QMS requirements, including document discipline, training
effectiveness, traceability, controlled production, and management
reviews.
* Ensure consistent execution of controlled procedures (SOPs/WIs),
nonconformance handling, and timely closure of audit
observations/nonconformities.
* Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads/Shift Leads, QC Leads, and
planners; build leadership bench strength and succession.
* Able to do competency tracking, and performance management; improve
team capability and reduce attrition risk.
* Create a high-accountability culture: clear KRAs, weekly performance
reviews, structured feedback, and recognition systems.
* Act as operational point-of-contact for escalations, delivery risk,
and process changes; manage communications with customer-facing teams.
* Build and publish performance dashboards: TAT, FTP, remake %,
productivity, utilization, backlog, training hours, audit actions, and
cost drivers.
* Run weekly/monthly reviews (MBR/QBR-style): performance narrative,
risks, project status, and commitments with clear owners and due dates.

_Qualifications and Skills:_
-Minimum 5+ Years experience
* Strong acumen in operations workflows ( CAD workflow experience
preferred)
* Experience of managing 50 plus team size
* Ability to coach and motivate team.
* Shall be able to write SOPs and build systems for ease of operations.
* Operation skills like shift planning, workload management, Quality
framework planning, and executions etc.
* Strong leadership skills, communication ability in, Hindi and
English.
* Collaborate skills for coordinating with global Dental labs teams,
Dental offices, and dental professionals.
* Experience in Automation or AI will be preferred,
