Job Description

• Proficient and hands on experience in Pro E and CAE knowledge for FEA, CFD, Thermal, Vibration and Critical Speed analysis.
• Core knowledge required in off-highway equipment. Or any other heavy industry.
• Work experience in Telehandler, Boom Lift and Excavator will be add on advantage.
• Candidate shall have demonstrated experience in design and development of NPD systems regards
• Cost out process
• VAVE process, Project Execution
• Sound knowledge of design process Work & interact with global cross-functional and cross-cultural team.
• Design knowledge of various manufacturing process and system integration.
• Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS and DFMEA is essential.
• Should have experience in component development
• Participate in technical CRB (Change Review Board)
• Understanding of Customer requirements and ensure delivery to these requirements
• Participate in key project meeting and guide technical leads during planning and developing solution from user perspective
• Work with user support team / Business team as per project requirement
• Conduct weekly team meeting and review project work
• Work across different business team, development team
• Experience in the localization of the parts will be added advantage
• Knowledge of GD&T and its application
• Study the inputs received from customers / Onsite coordinator, check the completeness of data and seek clarification or additional data if required.
• Breakdown the task into sub tasks and assign to the team members.
• Guide designers to perform assigned tasks
• Monitor and review assigned tasks
• Providing technical solutions to difficult/specialized problems
• Ensure on time delivery with required quality level
• Update the work status to module lead / customer / Onsite coordinator
• Conduct knowledge sharing and on job training session for team members

Preferred Industry:

Preferred candidates would be from industries like Steel, Construction equipment, Heavy machinery, Production engineering.
