Role Description

At Studio Infinite, we believe architecture is more than buildingsits about shaping experiences, communities, and identities. We are seeking a Design Architect to join our Hyderabad studio, someone who thrives on creativity, precision, and collaboration.

What Youll Do:

Craft unit plans, villa layouts, and amenity spaces that balance innovation with functionality.

Create schematic, pre-concept, and concept design options, ensuring smooth handover to Design Development (DD) teams.

Ensure compliance with building byelaws, MOE, and regulatory standards, flagging potential issues proactively.

Produce high-quality drawings in AutoCAD and support presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and SketchUp with conceptual renders.

Coordinate with DD teams and internal stakeholders to preserve design intent across all project stages.

Prepare plans, options, and presentation sheets for client, PMC, and marketing meetings.

Document and share reusable design knowledge, templates, and process guides to strengthen team capabilities.

Mentor interns, assistant and junior architects as required.

Who You Are:

• A designer with strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
• Confident in navigating regulatory frameworks while pushing creative boundaries.
• Collaborative, articulate, and passionate about turning ideas into impactful architectural solutions.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, design sensibility, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelors degree in architecture(B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in residential planning, villa layouts, and amenities/clubhouse design.
• Proficiencyin AutoCAD; knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel; exposure to SketchUp or Photoshop D5 render, Lumion,Enscape,InDesignis a plus.
• COA registration preferred/requiredas per firm policy.
