Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern HVAC standards, SOPs, and best practices across sites in line with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, ECBC, NBC, ISO 50001.
- Monitor HVAC performance using BMS/EMS/CMMS data; develop KPIs, dashboards, and improvement insights.
- Drive energy efficiency initiatives including setpoint optimization, chiller/VRF tuning, VFD optimization, and retrofits.
- Conduct HVAC audits focusing on system health, reliability, PM quality, and SLA compliance.
- Act as SME for projects, retrofits, commissioning, RCAs, and design/vendor reviews.
- Enable capability building through training, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
- Lead innovation and digital transformation using IoT, analytics, and predictive maintenance tools.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in chillers, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, hydronic systems, and BMS platforms.
- Solid HVAC design fundamentals and energy efficiency knowledge.
- Ability to interpret drawings, P&IDs, control logic, and SOPs.
- 58 years of experience in HVAC operations, design, or energy optimization roles.
