Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Architect located in Bengaluru. The Design Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs, managing design processes, preparing construction drawings, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Daily tasks include integrating design and functionality, coordinating closely with clients and teams, and ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of precision and quality. The role will also require involvement in all stages of the architectural and construction process to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Construction Drawings
• Strong skills in Design Management and project coordination
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and client interactions
• Relevant educational background in architecture or design-related fields
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate across different project phases
• Prior experience in residential or bespoke projects is a significant advantage
• Mivan Experience Preferred.
