Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design and Development Engineer based in Shapar. The responsibilities includes CAD and 3D modelling of investment casting parts in NX Unigraphics, die design, simulation, developing new products and contributing to new product development. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize processes, ensuring the production of high-quality castings while adhering to the companys standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design and Development of Investment castings dies and parts
• Experience in Unigraphics NX
• Experience in Solid Works
• Solid understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts
• Experience in investment casting process parameters
• Strong background in feasibility review of the drawings at the time of RFQs.
• Problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in casting or manufacturing industries is advantageous
• Familiarity with industry tolerance standard and process feasibility.
