Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented marketing candidate to support the execution of Embassy REITs marketing initiatives across tenant engagement, digital platforms, brand communication, and corporate campaigns. The role will work closely with the marketing leadership team to implement integrated marketing programs that strengthen brand visibility, enhance tenant experience, and support investor communication. The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing execution capabilities, digital marketing understanding, and the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Program Execution

  • Support the implementation of Embassy REITs marketing initiatives across tenant engagement, investor communication, and brand campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Leasing, Asset Management, Projects, Design, Hospitality, and Investor Relations to execute marketing programs effectively.
  • Assist in ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
  • Track campaign progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

2. Digital Marketing & Platform Management

  • Support management of Embassy REITs digital platforms including the corporate website, occupier apps, and other digital engagement channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels.
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to maintain engaging content, user experience, and brand alignment across digital assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support reporting through analytics and dashboards.

3. Tenant Engagement & Marketing Activities

  • Assist in planning and executing tenant engagement initiatives, events, and community-building activities across Embassy REIT parks.
  • Support development of communication campaigns and marketing collaterals for tenant engagement programs.
  • Coordinate with park teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing events and initiatives.

4. Brand & Marketing Communications

  • Support the development and production of marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, newsletters, digital content, and brand assets.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies for campaign development and execution.
  • Assist in managing brand assets including property showcases, photography, videos, and marketing content.

5. Marketing Partnerships & Activations

  • Support marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations across Embassy REIT properties.
  • Assist in coordinating experiential marketing activities, brand activations, and promotional initiatives.
  • Track partnership deliverables and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

6. Vendor Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and agencies aligned with Embassy REIT's quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with marketing vendors/agencies, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to agreed scope and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain an updated vendor database with contacts, contracts, and performance records for reference and audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and finance teams to ensure all vendor engagements follow the defined approval and contracting process.


7. Cost Analysis, Budget Tracking & Reporting

  • Support the preparation and management of the marketing budget, tracking actuals against approved spends across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct cost analysis across projects to identify opportunities for efficiency without compromising on output quality.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on marketing spends, campaign performance, and vendor costs for review by marketing leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and approvals to ensure clean and timely financial reporting.
  • Flag budget variances proactively and support course-correction by working closely with the team and relevant stakeholders.


Qualifications and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing / business administration / communications (MBA preferred).
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, event execution and digital marketing roles.
  • Experience in integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams for campaign execution.


Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and marketing platforms, including hands-on experience with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, SEO/SEM basics, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Ability to interpret campaign data, generate performance reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, formulas), PowerPoint (presentation design and formatting), and Word (document creation and formatting).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with tenants, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ownership mindset with focus on timely and quality delivery of marketing programs
