About the Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including JV entries, BRS, bill booking, GRN follow-ups, and daily accounting.
• Pass JVs for salary provisions, staff loans, PF & ESI bifurcation, party-to-party transactions, and periodic entries.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax compliances returns, filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, Income Tax, Companies Act).
• Oversee banking operations, fund flow, bank reconciliations, fixed deposits, and interest calculations.
• Manage Bank Guarantees (BG) issuance, amendments, tracking, and closure.
• Handle import/export compliances (EDPMS/IDPMS, BOE closures) and coordinate with banks/export teams.
• Work on SAP for accounting, asset management, and reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors (internal/statutory/tax/cost) and resolve audit queries.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules, MIS reports, and management documentation.
• Perform 26AS reconciliation and verification.
• Prepare ITC-04 returns and support cost audit data verification.
• Liaise with banks, consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead team activities including task allocation, mentoring, and process adherence.

About the Role

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance
• Hands-on experience in SAP
• Expertise in GST, TDS, and statutory filings
• Experience in audit handling and financial reporting
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

Inter CA / MBA Finance / B.Com, M.Com or equivalent
