We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth through paid acquisition and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Display Networks.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Execute full-funnel campaigns targeting SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise audiences.

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, messaging, and website experiences.
  • Analyze customer behavior using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, Clarity, and other analytics platforms.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs including CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, Pipeline Contribution, and Revenue Attribution.
  • Build performance dashboards and generate actionable insights for leadership.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Support product launches, feature releases, webinars, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of Performance Marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Remarketing, and Display campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
