Demand Generation Executives

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Demand Generation Executives to support our lead generation efforts through outbound calling and lead qualification. The role involves engaging with a large number of prospective customers, understanding their requirements, assessing their level of interest, and scoring leads based on predefined qualification criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers on a daily basis.
• Engage with prospects to gather relevant information and assess business needs
• Qualify and score leads using established lead qualification frameworks
• Identify decision-makers and capture key account information
• Accurately update call outcomes and prospect details in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects to obtain additional information where required
• Ensure timely routing of qualified leads to the Business Development or Sales team
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and lead qualification targets
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer engagement

Candidate Profile :

• Graduate in any discipline
• 03 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer service, BPO, or inside sales
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound call
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and lead management system
• Target-driven with a proactive approach
