Role Overview:

The Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects and services, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects/programs simultaneously

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies
• Manage and mentor project managers and delivery teams
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and client satisfaction
• Ensure effective resource planning and utilization
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)

• 815 years of experience in project/program/delivery management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in managing large-scale or complex projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-level projects
• Exposure to global delivery models
