Role: Delivery Lead India (IT Consulting Delivery)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead India to own and lead the complete IT Delivery organization. This role will focus on building a high-performance delivery structure, strengthening the talent pipeline, and driving the organization toward a mature and scalable delivery model. The role will also own and standardize the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the entire IT Delivery organization in India.

Own and standardize the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across all delivery projects.

Build and scale a high-performance delivery team across project managers, architects, and technical leads.

Define and implement SDLC processes covering planning, estimation, development, testing, release, and post-release support.

Strengthen the talent pipeline and develop future delivery leaders.

Drive delivery maturity by implementing strong governance, standardized processes, and delivery frameworks.

Ensure predictable, high-quality project delivery across all engagements.

Work closely with leadership and sales teams to support growth and large deal execution.

Improve customer satisfaction through strong delivery execution and proactive risk management.

Required Experience & Qualifications

15+ years of experience in IT services or IT consulting delivery.

Strong experience managing and improving Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

Strong experience in project delivery, program management, and delivery governance.

Proven experience building and scaling delivery teams.

Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Experience working in high-growth environments is a strong advantage.
