Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager AEM
Location: Pune
Experience: 12+ Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in AEM Development/Architecture and proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery of AEM-based projects. The ideal candidate should combine deep technical expertise with delivery leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AEM projects ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Drive architecture, design, and technical decision-making for AEM solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure best practices in development, deployment, and performance optimization
- Mentor and guide development teams
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Expertise in HTL, OSGi, Sling
- Solid understanding of AEM architecture, components, workflows, and integrations
- Proven experience in delivery management for AEM projects
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud deployments (AEM as a Cloud Service)
- Agile/Scrum exposure
